By using this website or submitting your details through it, you agree to the terms set out below. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Who can use the service

The service is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have full legal capacity to enter into a contract and who do not live in a jurisdiction where this type of service is prohibited.

3. Our services

Gruviona provides market analysis, trading signals and automated execution tools for cryptoassets and other financial instruments. The platform is a technology tool; nothing on it constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.

4. Understanding the risks

Financial markets, and cryptoassets in particular, can be highly volatile and you could lose all of the capital you commit. You accept that you trade at your own risk and that past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.

5. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your log-in details confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, manipulate prices or run automated tools outside the interfaces we provide.

7. Charges

All charges are displayed clearly within your account before you place any trade. Banks and payment providers may apply their own fees, which are outside our control.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Gruviona and may not be copied or republished without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gruviona is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
